GARDE and Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca (CEFET-RJ) have signed a technical cooperation agreement to promote the exchange of experiences and initiatives aimed at reducing disaster risk in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
The partnership encourages student engagement and the territorialization of international disaster risk reduction guidelines through the organization of seminars and other outreach activities, including internship programs designed specifically for CEFET-RJ students.
Since its founding, GARDE has worked to foster greater integration across sectors of society for a more just and equitable future. We are committed to bringing together different forms of knowledge and creating inclusive spaces for dialogue among those working to reduce disaster risks and address inequalities.
